Dear Colleagues,
We submit this technical pack for review before formal regulatory approval or a bank pilot. ODG-PASS Gateway is validation software on the information layer of payments. We are a technology vendor — not a bank, payment system, or custodian of funds.
Key points for security and supervision:
- No movement of funds —
funds_moved: false; we do not initiate, execute, or settle payments. - Two credentials — our license key (software entitlement) vs the bank’s sandbox/production ingest credentials (entered only inside the bank).
- Mode 1 — public browser pre-validation; no bank API keys on our public website.
- Mode 2 — Bank Connector — on-prem agent for pilot and operations inside the bank perimeter.
- Signal, not verdict — 🟢🟡🔴 guidance; the bank retains full authority.
- Deterministic ISO 20022 / SWIFT CBPR+ validation on the critical path.
MT → MX transition — client channel for your corporate and retail customers
During the migration from MT to ISO 20022 MX, many banks face heavy CAPEX to rebuild online banking and corporate channels before the regulatory deadline. ODG-PASS offers a controlled bridge: the bank enables clients to use the Gateway terminal through bank-managed access — for example a time-limited link, embed in internet banking, or submission to the bank’s own ingest API (never public storage of bank secrets on our site).
The terminal builds fully structured MX messages (e.g. pain.001, pacs.008) without field truncation, aligned with CBPR+. Data can flow from the client → bank ingest endpoint → your translators → core, while money still moves only inside the bank. This can reduce format-related rejections, repair fees, and supervisory findings during the transition — it does not guarantee immunity from all regulatory penalties (your compliance framework remains decisive).
Enclosed materials support IT/security review of trust boundaries before deployment. We welcome a pilot under NDA in GCC and other jurisdictions.
